Vishal Dwivedi
Vishal Dwivedi is a PhD candidate at Institute for Software Research, which is a part of School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University. Vishal currently works in the software architecture group at CMU, and his current interests lie in Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), System Security and aspects of Software Policies related to architecture. Before joining Carnegie Mellon, he worked as a researcher in the SOA research group at Software Engineering and Technology Labs (SETLabs) the R&D group at Infosys Technologies Bangalore, where his work comprised of solving research problems around business process management and service oriented architectures.
Vishal did his B.Tech and MS (both in Computer Science) at IIIT Hyderabad and was involved in the development of some large systems, including a Supply Chain Management System for the Indian SME sector during his academic years at IIIT. Since then, his major interests have been around various aspects of software engineering.
